Wet wipes, e.g. moist hygiene nonwovens, have to consist of cellulose material since cellulose is already hygroscopic even without any textile finish and as cellulose itself – as a natural resource – is biodegradable. Indus - trial composting systems, having been provided for some special polymers and working at about 60 °C, are not necessary for composting cellulose as the common soil outdoors suffices.
