Turkish nonwovens producer Gulsan is adding a new six-beam, 4.2 meter Reicofil 4 nonwovens line to its operation. With a configuration of SSMMMS and featuring bicomponent capability, the new line will serve hygiene and medical customers.

The new line will add 20,000 tons and bring Gulsan's total capacity to 41,000 tons when it becomes operational in the fourth quarter of 2010. With the new investment, Gulsan reinforces its position as a leading manufacturer of spunmelt materials in Turkey.
