Sandler Sees Visitor Interest In Technical Nonwovens
Today on the show floor Sawasorb absorber nonwovens were attracting attention at the stand of Sandler AG. The fabrics, which are primarily used for acoustically effective components in vehicles and electrical appliances, are hydrophilic and oleophylic. The water and oil repellent version, sawasorb exterior, is also resistant against engine fluids and features quick drying behavior. According to the company’s sales director Ulrich Hornfeck, traffic was very strong at the show today and visitors were eager to know more about sawasorb products. “We were pleasantly surprised to see the level of interest from visitors here in technical applications. We expected more of a hygiene- and wipes-focused crowd.”
