Taiwanese spunlace producer NanLiu Enterprises announced today it has purchased a third JETlace line from equipment supplier Rieter Perfojet. Reportedly the largest spunlace line in Asia, the new line is 4.5 meters and has just been installed in Zhejiang, PR China. NanLiu already operated two JETlace lines—one for coating substrates and one for wet wipes—in its native Taiwan.
“We are very confident of our relationship with Rieter-Perfojet,” said NanLiu Enterprises president C.S Huang. “It has allowed us to be a major spunlace supplier in Asia.”
“This new line installed in China is the widest, most powerful installed in China where it will serve the wipes and surgical gowns market,” said managing director Didier Vulliet of Rieter Perfojet.
