Nonwovens Function In Action Display Showcases Garment Technology.
At 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, the Nonwovens Function in Action interactive display will open at Stand 4388. This exciting project is a collaboration between the Nonwovens Research Group and the School of Fashion in Leeds, UK and EDANA members.
Designed to interpret some of the very latest functional characteristics of nonwovens into garments designed to demonstrate these qualities, a display of 16 garments explores the relationship between function and fashion.
Industry leaders including David Backhouse of the University of Leeds, Lynn Wester, of the University of Leeds, Stepen Russel, director, nonwovens research group, University of Leeds and Pierre Wiertz, general manager of EDANA will be present at the opening.
